Online customers may return items up to 14 calendar days after date of initial purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Items must be in the original packaging and with the attached receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping of returns are the responsibility of returning party. Upon approval of returned item, The Huntress will initiate a refund to credit card or original payment method.

In-Store purchases can returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 10 calendar days of purchase. To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Items must be in the original packaging and with the attached receipt or proof of purchase.
