Strawberry Hill House is Britain’s finest example of Georgian Gothic Revival architecture on the banks of the Thames in Twickenham. It was the summer residence of Horace Walpole, an 18th Century writer and art historian who was the son of Britain’s first prime minister, Sir Robert Walpole. Largely designed by Walpole’s circle of friends, known as the ‘Committee of Taste’; he allowed four visitors a day, with tours conducted by his housekeeper.

Photographed by artist, Dale Goffigon, an accomplished photographer whose works consist of gardens, historic architecture and interiors taken during her extensive travels.

This is an unframed fine art print. Printed on archival pigment paper, and sent un-framed for ease of delivery. The artist recommends framing with a white gallery frame behind museum quality plexi-glass. For information on purchasing a framed version, please call us at 914-764-1515.
